The First To Hear explores the moment before awareness becomes collective. A signal begins with one. One listener. One lifted gaze. One small act of attention that moves through the herd until no one stands alone.

We often imagine signals as loud declarations, but the most important ones can arrive almost silently. They ask only that someone is willing to notice.
